The SOSee program is eventful, engaging and is defined by and thrives according to the input of its participants. Music, simulation exercises and visceral demonstrations and case studies about the "state of the environment" and the amazing possibilities for a clean, green and sustainable future provide participants with optimism and great hope. The use of debate, cognitive learning shortcuts and the insights inherent in the SOSee Deep Sustainability material, allows people to move straight onto practical, rewarding action. The SOSee is about "learning how to learn". It's about building capacity to enable the workplace community to constantly renew the workplace sustainability agenda.

Ineed, many of the sustainability challenges of the future have not even occured yet. If we are clear about who we are, what we want, that it's about the Earth and that it is simply the very best insurance for the futre of business, the rest will follow naturally.

Behaviour Is Driven From Deep Within

The end of an SOSee program is actually the beginning of ownership, personal responsibility, ideas and commitment being fostered in your workplace. Deep Sustainability

The ecological challenge is the most important agenda in human history. As well as being about the EMS or reducing waste and costs, it is also profoundly about us as human beinging and the passion we can bring to making a difference, every day, at work! Aspects of Deep Sustainability include the "Southern Cross of Optimism", the Eight Principles such as spurning the doom and gloom, imagining the future and that it's OK to take baby steps or even to slip up and also include the Three Areas of Daily Focussed Effort.

The Earth Reps:

The SOSee provides knowledge, skills, motivation andincentives for a team which is representtive of your organisation. A group which has a "charter" from the leadership and who creatively understand that "sustainability is everybody's job! The Reps training delivers influencing and communication skills, a "Sustainaclopedia" of environmental knowledge. The SOSee provides a "toolbox" of strategies and resources for the Reps to bring sustainability best practice to the fore of the working week, every day.
