The CBT follows the Why What How model of the Universal Awareness Session in providing understanding of sustainability issues and opportunities, your organisation’s sustainability “system” and the behaviour and expectation parameters which will be required to achieve sustainability objectives. The content also usually comprises summaries of and links to your policy, action plans, late breaking sustainability news, etc. And it can also be linked to key internet sites such as biological diversity, personal ecological footprint measuring sites, energy auditing, EPA, etc. The CBT has a number of invaluable uses. It is ideal for those who for whatever reason miss the main training program. It works fantastically as an induction training device for new employees. Best of all, it makes for a stupendous re-inforcement and re-motivator for all staff 6 or so months down the track. Used this way, it also provides a task/role for the Enviro•Reps. |
